Do you have a mantra or motto you tell your patients?

If it feels good, do it. People commonly ask me if they should use heat packs when their back is sore, or do a couple of back-bends after a long bike ride; if it feels good, go for it. People will naturally find ways to reduce their own discomfort, which is great. The same methods may not work for everyone, but if it feels good, then I say do it.
