Exercise Physiologist - Campbell Craig
Campbell is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) and is passionate about empowering clients to take control of their health and rehabilitate their injuries through education and exercise prescription. Campbell graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Human Movement and went on to complete his Masters in Clinical Exercise Practice in 2011 at Victoria University.
Campbell has gained extensive clinical experience in treating a variety of patients from athletes, office workers, older adults, and clients with chronic and complex conditions. He is experienced in treating a number of conditions including pre and post surgical intervention, musculoskeletal injuries, occupational injuries and back pain. With his background in exercise science, Campbell uses his comprehensive knowledge and skills to promote injury prevention and rehabilitation through quality movement.
Campbell enjoys an active lifestyle including surfing, camping, cycling (roads and mountains), running, fishing, birdwatching (perhaps one day)

Whether it’s running a marathon or walking to work, hiking to Everest Base Camp, or getting back into yoga, I’ll show you how to improve your fitness and health. I’m pretty hyperactive. I surf, mountain bike, run trails, cycle, skin dive, ski (sort of), and love tackling new physical challenges. I understand the enjoyment of pushing your body to its limits and the frustrations that come with injury. Through my personal and professional interest in all sports (table tennis anyone?), I can create a personalised conditioning program to keep you active and injury-free.
