Whether it’s running a marathon or walking to work, hiking to Everest Base Camp, or getting back into yoga, I’ll show you how to improve your fitness and health. I’m pretty hyperactive. I surf, mountain bike, run, cycle, skin dive, ski (sort of), and love tackling new physical challenges. I understand the enjoyment of pushing your body to its limits and the frustrations that come with injury. Through my personal and professional interest in all sports (table tennis anyone?), I can create a personalised conditioning program to keep you active and injury-free.
